Pietro Dova was Corporate Controller and Finance Director at Google from 2001 to 2007. He was partly responsible for the Google IPO and roadshow, and directed Google’s operational and transactional accounting responsibilities worldwide. Immediately prior to joining Google, Pietro was CFO of Employeeservice.com. From 1996 to 1999, Pietro was VP Finance of Quote.com, an early online pioneer providing financial news and stock information to active investors. Pietro began his career in technology in 1988 at Oracle Corporation and held various executive finance positions through 1992. From 1993 to 1996, Pietro headed Fulcrum Technologies’ European finance operations based in Paris, France. Pietro received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London and his Masters in Management from M.I.T.’s Sloan School of Management.
Phumbhra is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Nectar. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Chegg.com. He drove Chegg.com's growth, spreading the service to more and more college campuses and leading in the development of strategic business relationships. Prior to the founding of Chegg.com, he was an analyst at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and a management and technology consultant at BearingPoint. Before he moved to the United States in 2001, he launched two companies in his native India, one of which focused on Web and graphic design. Phumbhra holds an MBA in Marketing and Accounting from Iowa State University. He is also an Angel Investor.

In November 2009, Mr. Bell co-founded ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (NYSE: ARR) and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. ARR manages over $16 billion in Agency assets. In October 2012 Mr. Bell co-founded Javelin Mortgage Investment Corp. (NYSE: JMI) in September, 2012. JMI is a hybrid mortgage REIT that manages approximately $1 billion of Agency and non-Agency assets. Mr. Bell continues to serve on its Board of Directors. Mr. Bell has significant experience in the technology sector as well. He was also the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Globix Corporation in the1990’s. Globix at its peak was one of the world’s largest logical peers with a global network spanning more than 20,000 miles and over 1 million square feet of Internet Data Center space. In addition, Mr. Bell has founded numerous companies in his career and has been a seed investor in several start-up entities including iFilm, Vault.com, NetSat Express, EDGAR Online, Inc. , where he served as a member of the Board of Directors from 1998-2000, Earnings.com and SpamEx. He has also overseen several large scale real estate development projects in New York, London, Santa Clara and South Florida. As a producer of several successful Broadway musicals and plays (Jersey Boys, The Wedding Singer, August: Osage County, A Catered Affair, Rock of Ages) Mr. Bell has been a two-time winner of the American Theatre Wing's Tony Award (“2008 Best Play” for Pulitzer Prize winning August: Osage County and ''2006 Best Musical'' for Grammy Award winning Jersey Boys). Mr. Bell is also the Executive Producer and a Co-Producer of several full-length motion pictures, and he is an investor in multiple hospitality venues in NYC such as LAVO, Avenue, and Catch. Mr. Bell is a member of the Board of Trustees of New York University and New York University Langone Medical Center. He was also an adjunct professor at the Global Entrepreneurship Center of Florida International University, where he taught graduate courses in Entrepreneurship. Mr. has a Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Accounting and a Master of Science from New York University in Real Estate Development and Investment.
