Gennadiy Vasyukov is a serial technology entrepreneur and venture investor. He has launched dozens of internet-projects in the markets of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and European Union countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Cyprus, and continues to invest in this direction. He owns and operates companies in the different business areas such as e-commerce, FinTech, EdTech, BigData, machine learning, AI. In the same time, Gennadiy is a senior business manager with more than 20 years’ experience in law, IP rights, business development and consultancy. He used to working on large projects covering multiple sites and countries, and able to manage, motivate and developing successful and productive teams. From 2006 till 2011 Gennadiy Vasyukov was a Supervisory Board Member at Global Spirits Holding (ТМ “Khortitsa”, “Shustov”, “Morosha”, “Blagoff”, “Medovukha”, “Oreanda”) - the largest alcohol holding in the Eastern Europe, which turnover in 2010 was about $1b. In 2010, Gennadiy co-founded a law company «Vasyukov, Ostapyuk & Partners» with offices in Ukraine and USA. In 2012, Gennadiy co-founded the International Internet Holding «Universal Commerce Group». The holding includes more than 25 projects in such areas as E-commerce, Price Comparison, Marketplaces, Job, Recruiting, Automotive, Real Estate, Healthcare, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Media and others. Main projects are Aport, Price.ua, Trud.com, Vcene, Modasto. In 2014, Gennadiy co-founded WAYFORPAY. It is the online payment system with 3-D Secure technology that is licensed by the National Bank of Ukraine, National Commission for Financial Markets Regulation and also has the license of the National Bank of the Czech Republic, with a right of electronic money emission. The Company has offices in Ukraine and in EU countries (Latvia and the Czech Republic). In 2018, he has launched a new non-profit project Noblest.org – portal of personnel search for non-profit organizations all over the world. Gennadiy received a PhD in Public Finance and Master of Public Administration and authored the thesis «Provision of Financial Autonomy of Local Self-Government» and 11 research papers. He was rated a candidate master by the Ukrainian Chess Federation and is the prizewinner of Ukrainian judo tournaments.
Sateesh has worked in or with venture-backed technology start-ups in U.S/India for the past twenty years. Currently, he is Managing Director at Endiya Partners, a Venture Capital fund that offers Startup Capital to Product Startups across Technology, Healthcare and Consumer Services. He serves on boards of Slang Labs, AlphaICs, Kissht, and Darwinbox As a Managing Partner of Ventureast Tenet Fund, he served on the boards of Little Eye Labs (Facebook), Seclore and OneBreath. Prior to joining Ventureast, Andra was a Venture Partner and one of the founding members of Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ) India, a global venture capital fund investing in category-leading Technology and Cleantech companies in India like Cleartrip, PubMatic, Attero, Reva and mGinger etc. Prior to DFJ, Sateesh co-founded Euclid, a silicon valley startup, in the IT Management Software space and was instrumental in raising VC funding ($35 M+), acquiring, and managing marquee customers and partners. He has also served in product marketing and engineering leadership roles at Tsqware (Conexant), LSI Logic, and VLSI Technology (Philips). He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). He is involved with the Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy with the objective of popularizing sports and promoting fitness consciousness in the corporate world. Sateesh co-founded Health Awareness Promotion Project India (HAPPI), which creates awareness about Non-Communicable Diseases. Sateesh holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Jocelyn Goldfein serves as Managing Director at Zetta Venture Partners. She also serves as Angel Investor at Jocelyn Goldfein. She also served as Board Member at Zycada Networks. She spent seven years as an engineering leader at VMware and four years at Facebook. She even interned at Netscape. In 2014, she started angel investing as a "DIY entrepreneur-in-residence" program -- a way to connect with entrepreneurs, learn, and find inspiration for her next startup. As an angel investor, she's backed over 20 startups with an emphasis on infrastructure and AI. She serves on several boards, including Harvey Mudd College, and is a visiting lecturer at Stanford University, where she received her BS in Computer Science.
Bre Pettis is an American entrepreneur, video blogger and multi-artist. He is also known for DIY video podcasts for MAKE, and for the History Hacker pilot on the History Channel. He is one of the founders of the Brooklyn-based hacker space NYC Resistor. Pettis is also a co-founder and former CEO of MakerBot Industries, now owned by Stratsys.
Simonas (born in Lithuania in 1977) joined BaltCap in 2005 and is responsible for its operations and investments in Lithuania. Simonas’s involvement in current portfolio includes Ecoservice, FCR Media and InfraCap/Kelprojektas. He was involved in Daily Service, Voira and Depo DIY prior to their exits. He previously served as the director of corporate finance at Suprema/Evli (since 1997) where he took a lead advisory role on a number of major transactions in Lithuania. Simonas is a founding board member of the Lithuanian VCA. He is an EMBA graduate from INSEAD.

Sandijs (born in Latvia in 1971) joined BaltCap in 2002. Sandijs’s involvement in current portfolio includes Coffee Address and Uprent. He was involved in Runway, Depo DIY, Papirfabrika Ligatne and VLT before their exits. Prior to this he worked for the Latvian Savings Bank as a credit risk manager. Sandijs holds an MBA degree from the Weatherhead School of Management.
Dagnis (born in Latvia in 1973) is responsible for the management of BaltCap’s Latvian portfolio. He joined BaltCap in 2000 and was responsible for establishing the Latvian office. Dagnis’s involvement in current portfolio includes Runway and Intrac. He was involved in DT Mobile, Depo DIY, Zetcom, JLM Group, Adam Auto, Papirfabrika Ligatne, Hanzas Elektronika and VLT prior to their exits. Before joining BaltCap, he served as a financial advisory services manager at PwC. Dagnis holds a BSBA degree in Finance and Economics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and he is a CFA. He has been a member of the CFA Institute since 2000 and also holds a dual EMBA degree from University of California Los Angeles / National University of Singapore (2016).
