Konstantin Othmer is a Co-Founder and Board Member at CloudCar. Konstantin was the Founder and CEO of Core Mobility. He holds B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Caltech.


David Zhao

David Zhao is a Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer Evie. He also is an Angel Investor. He serves as Senior Venture Partner at The Pioneer Fund. He is a technology entrepreneur. Prior to Voxel, he was the founder & CEO of ZumoDrive, a pioneer in mobile cloud storage and media streaming. He led ZumoDrive to a successful acquisition by Motorola Mobility where he then served as Director of Engineering. Before ZumoDrive, he was a lead software engineer at Amazon where he architected, built, and deployed scalable cloud services that powered Amazon's digital media products.

She built the HR and operations teams responsible for company culture, compensation, benefits, equity refreshers, performance reviews, HRIS/ATS implementation, people development, policy enforcement, and content moderation. From 2008 to 2012, Sarah was in various regional and global leadership roles at Facebook. As Director of Online Operations, she launched teams including the Austin office, mid-market account management, and the SMB growth team. Her team grew revenue to $1 billion ARR while reducing churn and increasing customer satisfaction. Before Facebook, Sarah also held positions with Swish Marketing, Sylvan Learning Centers, and Madison Metropolitan Public Schools. Sarah enjoys helping founders grow and scale. She is an active member of All Raise and is passionate about inclusion, encouraging the development of underrepresented groups in leadership and entrepreneurship. Sarah has her MBA from Stanford and undergraduate degree in music education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She loves playing board games and collecting wine with her husband Kyle.
