Jocelyn Goldfein is a Managing Director at Zetta Venture Partners where she invests in AI-first startups with B2B business models. She's particularly excited about the potential of AI to optimize infrastructure, security, supply chains, and worker productivity. Jocelyn is a widely recognized industry expert on product strategy, infrastructure and organizational scale. Her career as an engineering leader spans from early stage startups to high-growth years at Facebook and VMware. During her tenure at Facebook, she helped convert News Feed to Machine Learning and spearheaded the transition to a ‘mobile first' product organization. As an early engineer at VMware, she built core virtualization technology and ultimately created and led VMware’s Desktop Business Unit. Jocelyn also held engineering and leadership roles at startups Datify, MessageOne and Trilogy/pcOrder. Jocelyn has a passion for STEM Education and serves on the board of Harvey Mudd College and lectures at Stanford University, where she received her BS in Computer Science.

Ganesh Padmanabhan

Ganesh Padmanabhan is the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder at Molecula Corp a Data virtualization company that makes Enterprise data AI-Ready. Previously, he was the Vice President of Global Business & Market Development at CognitiveScale, an Enterprise AI company that has multiple Fortune 500 clients. He is passionate about bringing disruptive technologies to market and has established a track record of driving growth through corporate strategy, product and business development as well as marketing and sales for startups and Fortune 50 companies. Before CognitiveScale, Ganesh spent more than a decade at Dell, later Dell EMC, where he held several leadership roles in corporate strategy, business development, sales, product management and marketing. Most recently, he served as Dell EMC’s General Manager of Worldwide Converged Solutions where he drove the group’s hyper-growth 5x trajectory, helping build the youngest billion dollar solutions business. Prior to Dell EMC, spent his early career in engineering and product development roles at Intel & Adaptec. He is also a mentor at Capital Factory in Austin and advices and invests in early stage startups. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin as well as a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut, India.

Guru focuses primarily on investments in the information technology infrastructure area with particular emphasis on networking. His areas of interest include security, cloud, virtualization, data analytics and infrastructure management. Guru brings over a decade of operational experience, and a deep understanding of technology, to the Lightspeed team. During his operational career, he has been part of three product lines as they’ve gone from inception to over a billion dollar run rate. Guru leverages his product expertise and extensive network in the infrastructure space in helping entrepreneurs through funding and beyond. Before Lightspeed, Guru was Director of Product Management at Cisco Systems working on the Unified Computing System. UCS is Cisco’s entry into the x86 computing space. At Cisco, Guru helped define the product strategy and roadmaps, and was instrumental in increasing UCS traction in some of Cisco’s largest enterprise accounts. Before Cisco, Guru held operational roles at Nuova Systems (acquired by Cisco Systems), and Tropos Networks. Guru holds an MS(EE) from Purdue University, a BE(EE) from Punjab University, and a GMP from Harvard Business School. He holds several patents in network infrastructure.

Andrew Gershfeld

Andrew is responsible for international business development at Flint Capital a VC from Boston, MA and act as a board member at JobToday, Cream Finance, Yva and Flo.Health. Andrew previously was a Chief Investment Officer at ABRT Venture Fund. Early stage deals and co-investment partnerships with Mangrove Capital Partners and InsightVenturePartners were in his focus. He was a board member of /OkToGo, Homeme, Andrew is an entrepreneur who turned to be a VC (Venture Capital) after selling his company GlavSkidka to a larger eCommerce group. His main expertise is in consumer internet services, eCommerce, b2b SaaS and virtualization.
