Paul Longhenry serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Corporate and Business Development at Tapjoy. He is Vice President and General Manager, Business and Corporate Development at Tapjoy, where he is responsible for direction and execution of strategic partnerships and M&A efforts. Prior to joining Tapjoy in early 2011, Paul was a Principal with D.E. Shaw Ventures where he focused on investments across the mobile sector. Previously, Paul served as VP of Business Development for Sonim Technologies, a mobile VoIP software and services provider. Before Sonim, Paul was an early stage mobile investor for 3i Venture Capital.

At Javelin, Alex is a generalist, looking for disruptive opportunities across a variety of sectors, including marketplaces, e-commerce, digital media, consumer mobile, gaming, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. He sits on the boards of Estimote, KindlyCare, MasterClass, Rinse, Stensul, Telerivet, and Vendigo. Alex is also a board observer for Mythical Games and Thumbtack. Prior to joining Javelin, Alex was a Principal at DFJ Aurora, where he helped establish one of the first venture capital funds focused on high tech investments in Russia and Eastern Europe. Prior to DFJ, Alex was the first employee at ooma, a venture-backed company in the consumer electronics, VoIP (voice over IP) space, where he led the company’s initial product roll out, customer acquisition, and retail distribution strategy in product management and business development roles. Alex was also co-founder of Say-Hey-Hey.com, one of the web’s first free video dating sites, where he was in charge of all product development, fundraising, and business development efforts. Alex serves as a key advisor to several Silicon Valley early stage start-ups, including Sifteo (acquired by 3DR). Alex holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was co-President of the Venture Capital Club, a leader of a Global Study Trip, and a Board Fellow. He also holds a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering, a B.A. in International Relations, and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. During his time at Stanford, Alex was a Mayfield Fellow and led major technology centered research projects at General Motors and IBM for Stanford’s Center for Work, Technology, and Organization.

Dror brings to NVP more than 20 years of operational, technology and entrepreneurial experience, having worked extensively in both the U.S. and in Israel in various senior positions at leading global organizations. Dror most recently invested in and serves on the boards of Pontis, ScaleIO, Seculert, SolarEdge and SundaySky. Dror has served as a board member of Veraz Networks since 2004, and is a board observer for ConteXtream. Dror was a previous board participant for Unisfair (acquired by InterCall). At NVP, Dror focuses on investments in Israel. Dror has years of experience in business development and telecommunications technology leadership in both the U.S. and Israel. Prior to joining NVP, Dror served as executive vice president and Chief Strategy Officer of ECI, which he joined in 2004. In this role, he was responsible for ECI’s strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development and strategic marketing. Before joining ECI, Dror was CEO of Axonlink, an optical components start-up company. Prior to Axonlink, he was President of I-Link, a US-based VoIP service provider which acquired MiBridge, the VoIP software company he founded. Dror was also a senior research engineer at AT&T Bell Labs where he developed voice and video compression technologies, including the speech coder that is now the standard for CDMA cellular in North America. Dror holds a BSc in electrical engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

He then co-founded Ciao Telecom where he launched a platform for VoIP entrepreneurs and an advertising-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO). After growing Ciao Telecom to double-digit millions in revenue, he joined Google working on product and marketing for the Google Partners program. He co-founded Airfox in January 2016 with former Google colleague Sara Choi.
